Routing - Expedited or virtual

Has anyone on here figured out how to either expedite their routing to be super efficient, or figured out how to do it virtually so your team does not need printed out physical copies?


I have figured out how to do delivery and pick up tickets virtually, through pdf editors than sending them through our group chat app. However, havent figured out how to rid the contract template or payment sheet, nor do I feel like a pdf editor for tickets is as efficient as it could be.


Open to hearing suggestions.

What do you feel is not efficient?


It's not quite ready to be 100% digital. At least not done well digitally.

The routing planner inside I.o is incredibly out dated. However, I am more so refferring to the fact of using paper for routes in 2025 - that in my eyes is the inefficient part. As mentioned, Ive figured out a way to not have to involve paper into the routes but it takes some working around.

A new planner is coming out. But simply saying it's outdated does give any direction to make it more efficient. Your employees can access all the paperwork docs on the worker website. Probably save you some time converting to pdf. Unless you're having them checkoff things and it populates a field that it's been done.
