Can we get an option to notify us of incoming emails? Not just the replies we currently have but also new emails. It appears the CRM notices them in the TO DO preset.

Our developer advised the Email Reply should actually notify for all emails imported into the CRM. Also, after an update to the notifications, if you disable notifications and re-enable them you should be able to get them even when IO isn’t open.
