Issue With Printing Tickets Page

Hi, I havent had this problem before. Whenever I try to save, then print my delivery tickets/routes, I cant get the page to load. Sometime if I let it sit there long enough it will load then just give me an error. Ive tried logging in and out and updating my broswer. Any idea why it would be doing this? My Co wokrer can pull up the print page of fine on his laptop (same account)

What browser are you using? Is this happening when using the print utility from the lead/events page or when printing your routes from the delivery planner?
Have you also tried clearing your browser cache to see if this helps?
If possible, are you able to send a screen recording of the issue?

Parks, our Operations Manager is having the problem, he is out of the country until the 24th.
Can you put it on hold? If not we can have him open another ticket when he is back.
