Filter Field - Deposit Amount

We have an automation set to email an alert if a customer has not paid their deposit, but I am getting alerts for orders that we did not require a deposit for.


This could easily be fixed by adding a condition of "Deposit amount due" is greater that 0 but I am can't find any field options relative to the required deposit amount on a lead?

Deposits are very complicated since you have so many options on how to set them. They are dynamically calculated in most cases, making it not possible to make a filter for it at this time. I'd recommend setting you statuses such that leads with a deposit are upgraded but those without are not. Then you can make your filter to alert you if an event is approaching and the status is not one that would indicate a paid deposit.
