How do I set the days/time parameters for when these automated emails are sent? I don’t want to be email clients at 3:30AM 🥴😧

Which of your emails are sending to customers at that time? Most automatic emails are triggered by an action by the customer, such as requesting a quote or making a payment.

This was the annual reminder templated email.

We have forwarded this example to our developers with the suggestions of implementing time control features for auto-emails. We will let you know of any updates.

Please provide any further examples of auto-emails being sent at hours like this. I believe (and I'll wait for word from our developers) that there are already controls in place to keep these emails from going out like this.

the timing of when it is sent is based on the event time. So unless the event started at 330a, I don't think they'll go at that time. BUT this brings up a point that was brought in the IOU group. It would be awesome to have a feature where we can choose the time of day when particular automation run such as sending text or emails independent of the filter settings.
