This article says that the team is notified of pending approvals and gets to them ASAP. I've had some waiting for days/weeks and I don't know if they're still pending?

Do I need a certain module for automations to work?

If you see there is an active automation that is not approved, let us know and we can take a look.

The only active automation that is not approved that I see is Missed Calls From New Number Text Response.

The filter applied to this automation would send out to all calls marked as "missed". We would need to narrow this down as currently the results are 728 texts that would send out at once.

Are you wanting this text to go out to any new calls that come in that are missed?

Yes, only new missed calls going forwards.

I have adjusted the missed call filter to include missed calls going forward. The automation is now active.

It looks like the automation Snaphub Post-booking Survey Request is active and approved and sent out an email yesterday according to the automation log.

I also see "SNAPHUB POST-BOOKING SURVEY REQUEST" listed as active but unapproved.
