distance charges no longer working

I recently set up my minimum order amounts in my system, but now my delivery / distance charges are not working. I need both on my quotes. I have order minimums depending on zip codes and delivery fees based on mileage

You are using all the features distance, zip codes and minimum. You need to put a $ amount for each zip code on top of the minimum amount. I did add a dollar amount into the distance charges for zip code 98532 that is on lead 38929169 and I recalculated and it added the distance charge I did not save the lead. So what happens is when a customer that does not have any of these zip codes the other features will kick in, based on distance and minimum.
