Notes on quote

Is there a way to add notes to a quote under specific rental items to let the customer know about an upgraded option or an accessory and how much that would be without it counting towards the subtotal.
For example
White Folding Chair - $2.15
- Upgrade to White Garden Chair - addl. $1.85 per chair

Also is there a way to show a picture of an item in a quote? - the purpose of this is to show different carpet/flooring options

Hello,
You could add rental notes to the inventory and add the variable *rentalnotes* to the quote confirm page which is found by going to Settings-->Pages and Templates.
To add rental notes go to Settings-->Inventory, select the inventory item, go to extra details and enter the desired notes here.
You can also add the image of an item by using the *rentalimage* variable on the quote confirm page template.

I've attached screenshots on what info would be pulled by each variable but *rentalnotes* is the field within the inventory page in the extra details, *rental_notes* the field that is on the actual lead when an item is added you can click it to expand and enter notes for the item.
