Emails end up in customers SPAM inbox

Our IO generated emails end up in customers SPAM inboxes too often, is there a way to reduce this happening? Is it possible that the links are causing this?

have you followed IO's guidelines of deliverability? Setting DKIM, SMTP and other settings to prevent this from happening? IF you're using IO's email provider then they should fix it for you. but you can go to a website and test your emails to find out what's wrong.
