Good morning, I did get a response back. These are alphabetical order and that can't be changed unfortunately. But if you wanted to order something differently you could put a special character in front of the word something like* and that would make that item first. I hope this makes sense.

Makes sense and I already did it. Really i just wanted residential to be first since 70% of our business are residential for now. The rest are just options
