Setting up email address issues

Not a Problem

My email provider is through RoundCube Webmail 1.6.9 but IO is not accepting the information so that I can test login properly. Not sure of outgoing port, it pre-populates when I select other for email provider.

Please go to email preferences and enter your password and see if it's working now
