In the last 24 hours our emails are bouncing suddenly. For the past 4 days we have sent 3,300+ newsletters. Could we be getting flagged for spam?

We set a slow delivery to avoid that.

When you're sending in large volume, some may start bouncing. They should automatically resend after some time. You can send us a lead number and screenshot of the error, and we can look into it further.

The regular bouncing alerts have been coming in as customers unsubscribe from our newsletter, that’s normal. What started happening yesterday is that our IO emails going out to current leads are now bouncing. Wondering if we have been identified as spam causing it because of the volume of newsletters. And Microsoft also had an update

Here is an example of the most recent alert which is different from the ones we receive indicating an unsubscribe or bad email. I suspect this is a result of the glitch we started seeing early this week that prevents us from sending emails through IO to reply to our customer inquiries.
