In the inventory list search bar type inactive and find it, then go to the advance tab and check the active box

Thank you all so much! I really do appreciate all your help. I am trying to utilize my website more this year and trying to make sure it's in order. I am trying to figure out how to restrict anyone from booking a unit more than 20 miles away. Is there an article you can direct me to? Also want to get rid of the mileage rate and just charge a flat rate of $25 for anything between 21 to 40 miles. And not allow booking over 40 miles at all. I know it's in the distance charges section. Just trying to make sure I have it set up correctly.

Thank you , that article helped alot. Now I am trying to work on the time slots. Is there a way to remove the time slots altogether? I would prefer to discuss the times with the customer myself and not allow them to pick a time slot online. I found a article on time slots and it let me change it to 11 am to 5 pm. But when I tested it on the website it still lets them pick whatever time they want. Also I would like to remove the overnight option,

You are very welcome, are you wanting timeslots or are you only wanting the customer to only choose time between 11am and 5pm or are you not wanting to have the time shown at all to the customer? You want overnight and multi day removed from here?

You can leave the multi-day. Can you tell me where to go to change it. So it charges them a $100 for each additional day?

You would go to Settings-->Inventory and change the price of the item there. Here is an example of how you would set up the pricing to charge an additional $100 day. In the example below the item is originally $200 a day. If you wanted to charge an additional $100 each day you would simply change pricing to match the image below.

Thank you , I got it corrected. As for the time slot. It's now gone off the initial page when they add it to the cart. But they are still able to change the event time on the next page, See screenshot below. Are you able to remove this?

This is due to your item settings. It looks like on a few items in Inventory-->Advanced Settings you have "time instead of quantity" checked which makes the customer choose how long they want the item for rather than the customer having the item for the full duration of their event time in the cart. You would need to uncheck this box. If you click "change date" on the cart this will allow the customer to choose their event time but the time pickers under the rental item is due to the time instead of quantity setting I told you about previously. On the checkout page the time pickers have been removed are you also wanting them to be removed from the cart as well other than from the section showing time pickers due to your settings?

I will see if our web team is able to remove the time displaying on the cart and checkout page. The time does show so customers know what time their event is but it does not let them change the time. This is based off your settings. I will ask the web team if removing the time displaying is possible and let you know.
