Contract/Quote Link not able to be obtained on mobile phone

I was able to obtain the contract/quote link from my phone to send to a customer to complete their booking online, however it has been now about 3 weeks since that feature has worked on mobile phones, it can only be done on desktop. How do we get that feature back so that we can obtain the links on our mobile devices as well?

Can you please advise how you were obtaining the contract/quote links previously? Were you opening the lead and clicking the link at the bottom of the page?

The link opens up but it's odd looking. And the link is not the condensed url like it used to be, it's much longer:

I can only get the condensed version on a desktop.

Our developers are asking if you can try to get the link while logged in on a private window on your phone.

Can you also try copying the contract/quote link from the email template on the top right of the lead page? Let us know if this provides the same URL results.

Opening IO on a private window worked, so I went ahead and cleared my cache/history and it's back to working as normal. Thank you!
