bounced emails and not receiving emails

hi i was wondering if anyone can tell me why I'm getting bounced emails and i also have emails that are not being received by my clients the email address is correct.
It looks like you haven't set up your email settings under Email Preferences. Go to Settings-->Email Preferences and select your email provider then enter your email login.
