How do we email a quote after it has been created?
The easiest way to send a quote is directly from the lead, as pictured with your email icon.
The button at the bottom left of the lead also contains a link that says "quote" that can be copied and sent by other means.
I followed these steps before asking for help, and customer still has not received quote

Can you please provide an example of a lead ID where a quote was emailed and the customer did not receive the quote?

These emails are not being sent because you have not integrated an email from which to send. Please do so by going to Settings-->Email Preferences.
It is saying there have been to many password attempts. Is there a way to rest it?
