QB Integration not working since 1-3-2025

It appears that our Quickbooks and IO integration is not currently working and hasn't updated anything since 1/3/2025 when I see the final entry in the log. Not sure what the issue is, but we're not getting payments, invoices, or new customers through to QB currently. If anyone can help, we would greatly appreciate it.
If you go to Settings-->Quickbooks in the software you will see it lost connection. You will need to reconnect. This can happen when there are errors and the connection is turned off.

Thank you. It was showing as connected still, but I did a disconnect and reconnect and then it started pushing things through.
