Hello.
We have to collect tax on illinois on tangible property. I was wanting to know if theres a way to create a filter to show what tax is owed.
BUT, say a customer only pays the deposit for an event 6 months from now...We pay tax on that deposit amount..which is collected monthly....2 weeks before the event the customer pays the remaining amount. Which obviously takes place in a different month then the deposit payment.
How can IO tell me the amount owed without paying duplicate tax for the same event

You can run your Sales Tax Report on your leads page but instead of filter by event date on left hand side...do this by payment date. Then each month you can see what payments were made for that particular month and what amount of taxes is owed
