I need to generate a report showing:
- All linen items rented out in the past year.
- The total quantity of each linen type.
- The associated quote IDs for each linen, ensuring that if a quote includes multiple linens, the quote ID appears under each relevant item.
Please let me know the best way to extract this data or if you can generate this report for me. If there’s a guide or specific steps to pull this information myself, I’d appreciate the details.

I would like to consolidate all reports from various accounts (e.g., Mendel’s, Robert’s, Elif’s) into my account. This way, I can view all reports without logging into each account individually.

1.Filter by Category:
•Separate linens, cushions, and napkins into distinct sections or reports.
2.For Linens:
•Ensure the report explicitly lists the type of linen (e.g., tablecloth, runner) in the output itself, without needing to click into the quote ID.
3.For Cushions:
•Only include cushion orders if they are clearly listed. For example, I saw red cushions in the current report; please ensure they are correctly categorized.
4.Report View:
•Each report should clearly show item types (linens, cushions, napkins), quantities, and total amounts per category.
