This is an error alert from gmail that one of your emails was not delivered. I have tested sending this email successfully, and you may just need to manually try resending the email it references to your customer if needed

Looks like the invoice email was sent from MSufrin....there was an issue on his profile for his email settings

We previously opened a case regarding our email forwarding issue, and we’d like to revisit it as the problem persists. Upon reviewing our account settings, everything seems correct on our end. However, we’re happy to grant access to our account if needed, including Gmail, to help identify the issue.

The problem we’re experiencing is that forwarded emails are being marked as “bounced,” forcing us to manually copy links and forward them to our clients. This started after we updated the forwarding email in the IO backend; no changes were made directly in Gmail, only in the forwarding settings within IO.

Can you please investigate this further? We would appreciate your support in resolving this as soon as possible.

I edited your SPF record for a1partynyc.com to include gmail. This should help with deliverability, but if the issue continues you'll want to reach out to your email host for more information.

When I test the email through IO in the 'A1 Party and Tent Rental' location, it comes back 10/10 deliverability. I don't believe the other location's SMTP is setup correctly, but your email host would know more.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'forwarding' changes in IO. You can try testing through whatever means you're sending through. It may give some insight.
