It looks like your email server is breaking up this email in a weird way...we, unfortunately cannot control that. If you do want to make changes to the template go to Settings-->Email Center-->Invoice email. You can edit the email template so it sends a link to the invoice instead of the invoice itself...like the quote email does

We previously opened a case regarding our email forwarding issue, and we’d like to revisit it as the problem persists. Upon reviewing our account settings, everything seems correct on our end. However, we’re happy to grant access to our account if needed, including Gmail, to help identify the issue.

The problem we’re experiencing is that forwarded emails are being marked as “bounced,” forcing us to manually copy links and forward them to our clients. This started after we updated the forwarding email in the IO backend; no changes were made directly in Gmail, only in the forwarding settings within IO.

Can you please investigate this further? We would appreciate your support in resolving this as soon as possible.
