My insurance requires me to collect the driver's license # of my customers when i drop off a unit.
I know i can't be the only one who's insurance requires this. How can i collect the driver's license # through inflatable office contracts? i dont see a variable i can use

At this time, most people collect it at the time of delivery using either the IO Worker app or email upload. You could have them email on an attachment to attach to the lead.

We have carbon copy sheets we use. We call them Proof Of Delivery. On it we collect there DL number and basic info, We also request a signature. They get a copy and so do we. We started doing this due to charge backs and has helped us win the past few. I would figure this would work for your situation too.
