i have tested all my email stuff and it works

Per Developer:

You need to either turn off imap for your login in IO or fix it or clear the server field, for the company or your own worker profile.

OK i assumed there needed to be a fix.. but all of my tests check out ok in IO


what is the "fix" that would be helpful to give me a direction to go to try to tix it

If your email settings have been addressed, this may be an errant message caused by your email activity, and may still have not updated. Our developers are still looking further into this.
