I’ve updated our email address to info@a1partynyc.com for outgoing emails. However, when emails are sent, they’re showing up as titled "info" instead of A1 Party and Tent Rentals. Additionally, emails sent directly from Gmail are appearing correctly as A1 Party and Tent Rentals.
I’ve tried adjusting the settings under email preferences but haven’t found an option to resolve this. Could you please look into our account and assist in ensuring the outgoing emails display the correct sender name?
