I wanted to request a new feature for our website, similar to the dropdown feature for delivery options on Jumping JacksEvents. Here's what we're looking for:

  1. Delivery and Pickup Options:Dropdown options should include:Standard Window: 8-hour windowFlexible Options:6-hour window3-hour window1-hour window
  2. Pickup Scheduling Options:Pickup Day Before / Delivery Day BeforePickup Same Day / Delivery Same DayPickup Day After
  3. Combined Delivery and Pickup Options:Dropdown should ask:Do you want this on both delivery and pickup?Should we deliver before the standard window and pick up after?Or do you need delivery and pickup on the same day?

Please let me know if this is possible and what steps I need to take to get this feature implemented on our site.

Hi Shmuel,

1. You can go to Settings-->Delivery methods and add these methods . Once these are added the customer will select one of these options from the "delivery method" box on the checkout page.

2. I can have our web team add the chart to your checkout page. For each of the pickup scheduling options are you wanting some sort of description like the example website has or are you just wanting each box as the name of each option?

3. You can add questions with drop down by going to Settings-->Optional fields-->Click "Add optional field". You will put the name of the question/title of the dropdown in the "name of the field" box. Change the type of field to "select" and enter each dropdown option in the "options for dropdown" box with each option separated by a comma and no spaces. You can type "select" in the default value box if you would like the box to say this before the customer clicks on it.
