You can go to Settings-->Email Center-->Select "Customer thank you email" and edit this email template. This is an automatic email that goes out x days after the event to collect reviews. Make sure you check the active box to turn this automatic email on. The number in the "send" box is how many days after the event this email will send, so be sure to edit this number to your liking.
