How often does IO sync with Google Calendar?
I have updated what info i want to sync to our Google Calendar but it still shows the old data on each event
I have revoked permission and re granted permission but still no luck

Sometimes it can take as little as 10-30 minutes to all day. It could also be that Google is needing to sync on its end with IO as well.

is there a way to add a force sync like we have on website section?

Currently this is not an option but I have submitted a feature request with our developers!

Saves to leads and to the Google Calendar Sync template will cause your items to be queued to be updated in Google. So no force sync is required. Force syncs for websites are also just queued. Our Google calendar sync script runs every 5 minutes. We only update future events as well.
