worker variables are broken - unable to send shift texts & emails

Yesterday my shift texts & shift emails for my staff broke. We haven't changed anything on our end, none of the worker variables are working anymore. I cannot text workers new shifts, I cannot email them about new shifts. The text they get now just looks like a couple [] [] []
