I just wanna ask how to filter the inactive email in the lead/customer list?
I want to send them all a message to ask their updated email address.
I watched all you video and I never found an answer.

The software will not know an email is invalid until you attempt to send an email. Currently there is no way to filter out invalid emails within IO.

As brittany said, you can't filter invalid without sending one. Which is what we do, we send one and when we get a bunch back, we mark them as invalid on that customers profile by either deleting the email or unsubscribing them from emails.
BUT if you want to send an email to inactive leads and you have the CRM you can create a filter that captures leads who's last activity was over XX days ago. capturing leads who haven't interacted with your company in a while.
