If additionally possible, can they enter a member number? (like a gift card number....) If so, it would end up in *customfield-271495* and the instructions should read "MEMBERS ONLY: Please enter your member number below so we can apply your credit to this event"

If not, then the instructions should read "MEMBERS ONLY: Please inform us of your member number via text or e-mail to apply your credit to this event."

I can't have the button gather the member number but I can make the button say members only and add the instructions on emailing the member number. Does this need to be added for both locations or just one?

I don't mean to be picky... (and the layout fix is appreciated)... but the buttons are staying "clicked" when you go between them... it's a bit confusing. I thought I remember them turning off when a different one was clicked.

At the moment this is how to contract looks. I can put a feature request to see if this can be changed in future updates, but our developers are currently working on updating the contract!
