Is there a way to make the optional fields on the quote form a mandatory dropdown selection box?

Did you try checking "required on page" in it's settings?

Yea, I have that on but the Issue I'm seeing is it defaults to dry use. and could easily be overlooked if they wanted a wet use rental.

I would like it to Default to a select. forcing them to make a decision wet or dry use.

Like how the Surface type field and delivery type field work.

You can change the default option to SELECT in the optional fields settings that way wet or dry isn't selected unless being clicked by the customer!

I've tried putting the word select in, but it doesn't seem to be working.

You have to have Select as one of the options for this to work. It's been added and working
