Solved

Trying to create optional fields.

It's not allowing me to remove the will there be face paint at your event selection I created

Also would like to remove the tax exempt option

Update I Removed the fields I had an issue with, however now I cannot submit a request?

You possibly removed some necessary code to prevent the quotes from submitting you can use the revision drop down to go back to before you made the changes.

To get rid of the optional fields you can't simply delete the field, rather you have to open the field, uncheck the pages they are appearing on, then save and close. Check they are gone from the quote page, then delete the optional field
