Yes....

200 text segments/hour 300 text segments/day text segments are every 160 characters

any automated text that tries to send to over 500 recipients will be flagged for review by IO

We got it resolved. We were WAY below that, or should be. Didn't send any automated text at all. This is our first slow month and we've never hit that in our busiest month. But that's good to know.

Let me ask this, is the limit per user or per account? I.e. Can I send 300 text seg/day and Charity send 300/day or is it 300 for all my employees combined?
