I would like to display my Holiday fees separately on cart, quotes and checkout pages, etc. Like everywhere.

I just recently created the filters, and they're working fine but it doesn't display anywhere. How can I add it to display it separately? so customers can see the %fee

Check them again you had it set to distribute to the rentals.

Okay got it, thanks. Will I need to create a new one or update them every year? Or how can these be set to work every year?

You can just edit the dates on the filters each year.
