IO Workers app - not showing upcoming shifts currently

I have had a few employees come show me their apps and they are unable to see the upcoming events/shifts scheduled for them. They seem to be stuck on Last Events and unable to navigate to anything else..

The worker app will only show upcoming events in the next 14 days.

Are the leads that are expected to be showing for upcoming in a confirmed status?

yes. And shifts were accepted via text/email

What leads do you expect to be showing for example and are not? Just a couple examples are fine.

I have one specifically for 12/7 that event is marked as Event Confirmed, and shift has been accepted by worker.

But, when he opens his app, he cannot access any Future / Upcoming shifts...


I just got a call from another worker while typing this out, they can't see anything coming up on their schedule after accepting an event for 12/6..

I know that IO did some updates yesterday that broke a lot different things, and the Workers App has been a source of ongoing rage and frustration for our company and staff for months.

None of my staff can see upcoming events they've been scheduled on. We're incredibly busy the next 3 weeks and this is ludicrous.
