I found suddenly links stopped working, i tried updating plugin, re-sync but it does not worked

The issue appears to be that the shortcoders currently in place are extremely out of date to the point that we don't support them anymore. It also looks like they've potentially been customized. That's likely the issue is that with those customizations your site hasn't been receiving any of the updates. When checking the box to match them up with the current versions of the files, the functionality is restored to your site. I saved copies of the custom ones, but currently have the up-to-date ones running on the site.
