attachments are not showing

workers are not seeing attachments for some leads on the worker site. It is random it appears. On todays route (the only route on the delivery planner) there are three stops and only the first one is showing the attachments, but they all have multiple attachments on their order when you log into the desktop. What can we do about this?

Which worker(s) are not able to see attachments, and on what lead(s)?

Are you not able to see that days workers and routes? The data that post was 2 days ago so that should have been November 14th I believe. That is the day all the routes and workers schedule on that day could not see the attachments. Are you able to look at these and see the same thing I am seeing?

Same problem again today and every day just choose any day and you'll see the problem. For example the route with Luke Marlow Bill Flanders and Jesse Dunn they cannot see their second customer markella. There are attachments but they're not showing under the worker site. This happens every day on every route with every worker

The customer Markella is out of your Lights Around location, but Jesse Dunn and Bill Flanders do not have that location on their Workers site. To make these changes, go to Workers and select the worker you would like to add to that location.
