contract issue

every time I try to copy a contract to recreate a similar one it just writes over it. I am using the copy button and it forces me to change the name so it is not the same as the original but then when I save it, it just writes over the first one.
This is the permanent contract for lights around. It is the newest version from today but I need to keep the last version from Dec 19 2023.

I actually changed it back to the original because it made all current orders with that contract switch to the copy. So I now need the Temporary Event Lighting Contract to have a copy that reflects the last revision before this change.....

If you change the name first...then "save as copy" it should work the way you want. Then you click on the new one (w/ the new name) to make edits on
