Packing List ???

I want have a series checklists that I send to the customer a week before the event that gives them the requirements for the Throne Ranger and pickup checklist right before we get the Throne Ranger. I have a pickup checklist attached. but I am thinking about using Goggle forms so I can store the information.

What is the best way to accomplish this task?

Hi Harry,

The first thing you will need to do is go to Settings-->Surveys and Training-->Click "Add Survey". Let me know once you have created that survey and I will create a link for that survey. Once I send you that link, you can create an email template with the survey link.
