Latest booking set for 8pm, but dropdown allows 9pm selection?

Why doesn't my dropdown automatically match my latest booking slot? Are those two different settings?

You can change the latest time allowed by going to Websites-->Admin Login.
Next go to Inflatable Office-->Cart Settings
Here you can change the earliest and latest customers can book. Change the times then save then that should solve this issue.
