Where do I go to review timesheets before I approve them for payroll? Can you point me to the procedures for processing payroll?

I have a lot of questions I am available for a call if that is better for you.

Does the Payroll Summary screen display what was entered as the shift or what is entered by the worker in the mobile app?

Can the worker review and edit their timecard entries?

How do I see the timecard detail for each worker?

Can I edit the timecard details?

How do I adjust the shift the match the timecard entry?

Why is the pay rate zero but I have a rate of $20 setup for both workers?

We are taking a look at this right now. Could you please let me know what dates you are entering into the payroll so I can take a look?

If you click the number under the "Hours" section you can see the exact time the worker clocked in and out.

It looks like the positions were checked "yes" for "listed as contractor" which means that position does not get paid hourly. I would recommend going through all of your positions and make sure the "listed as contractor" is set to "no" if workers get paid hourly for that position as shown below..
