checkout promotional offer showing wrong price

When people check out on the site, they see the wrong price for our hourly rental items (e.g. Gelly Party, Foam Party, Snow Machine, etc.). How do we configure the pricing on these items in the Promotional Offer window during checkout to show the correct prices? :

The promotional offers on this page will display the price if they were added to that specific event. If the event is for 8 hours, this is how much these items would be if they were added to their cart.
