Mobile and Desktop not matching inventory

Hello, I recently added more inventory and deleted some old 11x11 jumpers in order to add new ones. When I look at my website with my desktop everything is perfect. Categories are not up to date and the old inventory is still showing on the mobile version. How can I update this?
