reCaptcha - Add to Contact Us and Quote pages

Hi Again....

I'd like to add reCaptcha to the Contact Us page and footer and to the Quote page. I'm getting a bunch of spam from a couple emails/sites. I read the article in the Knowledge Base but I don't know where to look to see the "Verifying reCaptcha Key" which says to go to Elementor settings. I couldn't find them. I was able to find the 3rd Step to add the reCaptcha to the Footer, but it then said to verify #2 first.. So, I'm stuck.

Thank you for your help.

Could you also add that it to the footer? Seems like I’m getting spam from there.

I have this completed for you!

Thank you again. How does it work? I tried a test and it didn’t ask me to do anything, it just sent it through.

The attached screenshot shot is one I got 10 minutes after you completed and it is from one I’ve been getting a few each day. I have a couple the come across with a name and “MoG”, like this one “DavidMoG”

I know it won’t stop all, but I’m just curious.

We have made some adjustments that should ensure that recaptcha is working on your site. There are multiple versions of recaptcha. V3 requires no additional actions from the user as it uses a score-based methodology for threat assessment. V2 and lower requires an action from the user like a puzzle.

You have V3 on the contact form in your footer and an earlier version on your contact us and checkout pages.

All key data has been added for both versions.

Thank you again for the help with this.

Could you change the Contact Us reCaptcha to a lower version, V2(?). Something that requires an action from the user? I'm still getting the same 2 or 3 spams everyday.

Sure thing, Richard. Sorry for the inconvenience. Spam can be a real hassle.

The contact form in your footer has been changed to V2 and now requires an action from the user.

Thank you again.... It may not help, but all we can do is try, right?

You're welcome! I think that it should help.

Good morning. Again, sorry to keep asking to look at this...

I got 5 from these "xxMoG" accounts last night. I went and look at my page and the Recatcha is still set to a button click and not a challenge puzzle(? or whatever it is called). I would really like this to be a something that requires more from the sender. I honestly get ZERO Contact Us requests from actual customers, all customer requests come from the quote page.

If this doesn't work, is there a way to change all the "Contact Us" fields/pages to just read " Please Call 603-361-2281 or email us at info@JumpAroundNH.com" and eliminate the fill in fields. I know this will stop the capture of "customer" information, but I'm not actually capturing any customer information from these requests.

All of your recaptchas are V2, which requires only a checkmark in this box:

We have blocked the IP address for all MoG made leads.

If you would like, we can replace your contact form with your notice containing contact details. Please advise.

Ok. If you have blocked those emails, we’ll see how that works.

Thank you

Good afternoon. I hope IAAPA is going well for the group.

Seems like this issue is not going to be stopped with the ReCaptcha. Is there a way to change all the "Contact Us" fields/pages to just read " Please Call 603-361-2281 or email us at info@JumpAroundNH.com" and eliminate the fill in fields. I know this will stop the capture of "customer" information, but I'm not actually capturing any customer information from these requests. This would be for the footer and the contract us page.

Hello, I've removed the contact fields on your pages.
