IO Print Function Not Working

When I try to print from IO I get the following message. I can print from my laptop but not anything in IO. I have rebooted everything several times and already cleaned my Cache.

I resolved the issue by running a troubleshooting tool. On the third time if fixed a print port and now I am okay. You may close this ticket.
