I still don't understand the question about adding it to automations. I have 5 or 6 different contracts, that go out automatically depending on delivery type. You could accomplish this based on Customer Type too. And there are nearly unlimited options to automatically add or remove sections of contracts based on any number of triggers. Is that what you're looking for?

Some of the setup will need to be done by IO. First, you need to create all the contracts, and figure out what you want them to be based on - Delivery type, customer type, etc. - Using optional fields, there are even more options now. When I set mine up in 2016 we were much more limited. Chad might have some better ideas using new feature that are available to us. Tell us more about what you do and what differences you want in each contract.

It's easy to do, but not so easy to explain in text. Find me on Facebook - Casey Zegar - we'll set up a zoom or something. Then you can do this all yourself, or just create the contracts and have IO finish the setup for you.

Wow! Who told you that? We need to let them know that it can easily be done. No automations needed. It's a simple line of code inserted in your contract template. I'll email you.
