How can I add a note to a contract without changing to the current template

After a client books an event and signs the contract, hw can I add a note with delivery instructions that will show on the printed contract without requiring them to sign again? I'm just looking to add something like directions or a contact person the day of.

A contract cannot be altered with new information after it has been signed.
You would either have to generate a new contract with this information or you could use the packing list to print and display this information.
