This would be a big one... but might be incredibly helpful...

I would love the ability to build a "custom approval flow / workflow" for leads. There's a lot of other software that does it, but if IO could integrate it... that would be great.

Here would be a sample workflow...

If you use IO Phone, this seems like something that you could build with automations. Maybe not the manager replying to texts, but the manager could click an "Approved" box and a "Scheduled" box on the lead. I don't know the capabilities of IO Phone; maybe the text replies can work.

I think this could be set up with text. Not so much with email. Unless IO can create filter variables for the email body.

Actually, It can't be with IO Phone. BC the lead filters don't let you capture text message or email bodies. SO if you respond once, it will probably apply to all leads. So don't try it.

Yeah... I noticed that limitation myself. I'm also started down the road of using Zapier to construct one, but I can't get IO Phone filters to show up in Zapier....
