The 13% sales tax is not being charged on online quotes - 3322335. Happened to other online quotes this morning as well that I've gone in and fixed manually.
How can I correct this?

The province was listed as ONTARIO instead of ON. Since it didn't match with your Settings->Distance Charges->State list, it didn't charge. I'll put in a request to fix this. In the meantime, change it to ON and recalculate. It should fix it. Thanks!
