outbound and inbound appears in double

We were able to setup the inbound email.

Now, i did a test and emails appears in double. See #11970213. I did those test. did not send it twice.

Any ideas why ?

Maybe because i am the administrator ? Still not sure what email to put in the general email preferences vs the workers email preferences.

In our log it's only showing it went out once...did you receive it twice?

Did not receive it twice. But i see 2 of each in the CRM. See image below

Not sure what is going on...in the database there are two separate entries. Do you have the same email set as worker and admin??

Yes i do have the same email. If that is the case, then i should do what ?

I would remove the info from your worker profile...the company email will send out instead.
